HOTHAM HALL ESTATE
Purchased in 2020 by David and Linda Kilburn, Hotham Hall has undergone a transformative restoration under their guidance, rejuvenating this historic Georgian estate while preserving its legacy. Originally built in 1720 by William Burton, the hall has been a symbol of luxury and splendour for centuries. Today, the Kilburns lead a heritage-focused regeneration, enhancing the estate’s grandeur with modern refinements while maintaining its classic elegance.
At Hotham Hall, we specialise in crafting memorable celebrations that linger in the hearts of our guests. Our premier venue spaces provide the perfect backdrop for a variety of events, from weddings to corporate gatherings.
The journey of Hotham Hall is one of continual growth and aspiration. It’s hoped the Hall’s parkland will play host to an array of events, from operatic performances to charity fundraisers and classic car festivals, each event adding to the tapestry of memories woven within its grounds.
At Hotham Hall, we believe in the power of community and the ripple effect of supporting local businesses. Our developments not only aim to enhance the guest experience but also to contribute significantly to the local economy, partnering with local suppliers from audio engineers to wedding planners.
Our vision for Hotham Hall is rooted in creating a place of joy, relaxation, and unparalleled hospitality.
