Justine Glenton

Justine Glenton is an actress, writer and producer originally from East Yorkshire. She’s worked extensively across feature film, television, theatre, commercials and voice-overs. She was awarded two USA O1 work visas for Extraordinary Ability in the Arts and Television Industry and resided in Los Angeles for six years where she gained her SAG-AFTRA membership.
A lifelong lover of independent and art films, visual storytelling, photography and human-centred narratives, Justine has always been drawn to stories inspired by truth and emotional realism. She believes that life itself often holds more drama, beauty and complexity than fiction, and her creative work reflects a deep fascination with people, communication and the human condition.
Justine co-founded Just Be Productions as a heart-led independent production company built on collaboration, integrity and meaningful storytelling. Her vision for the company is rooted in nurturing a supportive and fulfilling environment where artists, writers and filmmakers can come together to develop authentic and impactful work.
Passionate about inspiring emerging creatives and building long-term artistic relationships, she is committed to creating spaces where people feel seen, supported and are encouraged to thrive. Vanja Penca is a producer and creative collaborator whose work is guided by a deep belief in the healing and connective power of art.
After connecting through a shared creative vision, Vanja co-founded Just Be Productions alongside Justine Glenton with a desire to create meaningful, independent cinema rooted in authenticity, emotional depth and human connection.
Vanja’s creative interests span film, photography, visual storytelling, and natural healing. Passions that naturally converge through her work as a producer. She believes art can be one of humanity’s most powerful expressions of wellbeing and transformation, and is passionate about creating projects that encourage reflection, empathy and honest conversation.
Driven by purpose rather than profit, Vanja believes the strongest creative work comes from transparent, shared vision and the courage to tell stories that matter.
